This policy explains what information Jerd Design collects when you visit jerddesign.com or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we don't use cookies or advertising trackers, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
When you email, call or text us, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address and details about your project.
When you book a call, your booking is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email and any notes you add so it can schedule the meeting and send confirmations. Calls take place on Zoom. Both process this information under their own privacy policies.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site securely and protect it from attacks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally. We only see totals, such as page views and the types of devices used.
Cookies
Our website does not set cookies and does not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from our own website rather than third-party services.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To provide, plan and deliver the services you hire us for.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project emails for as long as needed to work with you and to meet normal business, tax and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us at jace@jerddesign.com and we'll take care of it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles and our clients' websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle your information.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the "last updated" date above.
